Hello,
My name is Dr. Michael Henry.
I'm a Naturopathic Doctor located in downtown Kelowna, British Columbia at Foundation Chiro Physio. I grew up in Kingston, Ontario where I spent most of my free time playing sports, particularly as a golf fanatic. I made my out West where I completed a Bachelors degree with Honours in Chemistry for the Medical Sciences. I then went on to complete my Naturopathic training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine - BC Campus, in New Westminster.

For most of my life I knew I wanted to work in healthcare, but it wasn't until I moved to British Columbia that I learned about Naturopathic Medicine and quickly became passionate with all it had to offer. The ability to work with patients on all aspects of their health using a variety of different treatments, all in the effort to treat the cause of their problems instead of the symptoms is what excites me most. The fact that every person I see is different is what makes my job so interesting, and it's the lifelong privilege to learn from my patients that excites me most.

While I have many areas of interest, what I enjoy most isn't treating a particular condition or symptom, but treating a particular type of person. That type of person is the one who recognizes their capacity to heal, and the one who realizes that improving our health and vitality is a life-long commitment.
